The Little Prince and Fox with Quote - digital painting - Michele Avanti
When my grand nephew was born, I asked my nephew if there was a theme for his room. He told me the theme is from the book, "The Little Prince." Like most of us, I knew the book but had not looked at in years. So I chose four quotes from the book and painted four paintings to adorn his room. This is one of them. This quote touches my heart and I wish every child could be raised understanding how important it is to care for those we tame.
"People have forgotten this truth," the fox said, "But you mustn't forget it. You become responsible forever for what you've tamed."
I hope you enjoy this painting, it makes a lovely poster, canvas, blanket and pillow for a child's room. I also think it makes a great card for anyone. Also perfect for any veterinary clinic, pet store or groomers.
